The meeting of two generations takes place in this production of Ensemble Aventure. In addition to new works by the "old masters" Juan Allende-Blin and Volker Heyn, current pieces by the younger generation of composers can be heard. Allende-Blin has made the discovering of unknown to his life's work. Volker Heyn is an uncompromising autodidact who brought the physicality of rock into the music he composed. His new piece stands alongside the technically perfected immersion in the ensemble music of Eres Holz and Johannes Boris Borowski.
